Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pie Mathematics Association is a non-profit organization, where we sell only books and articles published by us. Please refer the terms given below carefully before placing an order.

• Pie Mathematics Association processed payments via Third Party Payment Gateway.
• Personal information collected while placing order are sent to us only if your order is placed successfully.
• Pie Mathematics Association doesn't share your information outside.
• All the payments are processed securely by third party payment gateway providers using 128-bit encryption, where your account details are managed safely until the end of transaction.
• We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards & net banking.

• Once the order has been placed successfully, cancellation cannot be accepted.
• Partial Cancellation allowed – If more number of books ordered, by any means if you require to reduce the quantity, we accept your request provided if your order has not been shipped.
• Partial Cancellation request can be placed only via contact us page available in our website.

• If your transaction gets failed, but money got debited – allow us 3 to 5 business days to refund your money back to the same account.
• For partial cancellations, money will be credited directly to your savings account through NEFT based on your request.
• If you are facing any issues with refund, please write to us via contact us page to get immediate resolution.

Return Policy

• Return are accepted only if the items are not received in good condition or for wrongly shipped items.
• Returns are to be sent directly to Admin office by the customer, where the shipping cost as well order cost would be refunded with 7-10 business days.
